TIL111 6-Pin Phototransistor Optocoupler DIP-6
it is a general-purpose optocoupler / optoisolator designed to transfer signals while maintaining electrical isolation between input and output circuits. It consists of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a silicon NPN phototransistor in a 6-pin DIP through-hole package.
It provides one isolation channel with a phototransistor output, an isolation voltage rating up to 5300Vrms, collector-emitter voltage up to 30V, and LED forward current up to 100mA. This construction helps protect low-voltage control circuits from electrical noise, ground potential differences, and interference generated by power or switching circuits.
